Turbine Blades Repair and Renewal
Turbine blades may be damaged due to natural causes (exhaust pressure / high temperature) or external influences (foreign material coming from the machine). This leads to reduced turbine performance and flow instability.
After controlling the repair limits permitted by the manufacturers, the wings are built according to the original length and geometry using the TIG welding method. This process, made using the materials recommended by the manufacturers, is guaranteed for 12 months.
The blades that exceed the repair limits recommended by the manufacturers are renewed in accordance with the turbine spectrum.
